Shipping

Items are made to order and will ship as soon as they are completed. Shipping stained glass is done on a piece by piece basis, if the piece you are ordering is too large for us to ship from our shop safely it will be indicted in the description. Please refer to the description as to the shipping estimate for your order. We will endeavor to get your stained glass piece completed as quickly as humanly possible.

Because of the nature of stained glass, please allow for variation in the color of the glass. Your piece may not look exactly as pictured here. We shall try our best to match that glass color, however, there are occasions when one sheet doesn’t look exactly like another.

Returns

I gladly accept cancellations if you request a cancellation before item has shipped.

I don't accept returns or exchanges.
